Help Fund a Rescue Effort

Rescue situations can vary drastically.  Kill pen rescues happen very quickly in that they are advertised to ship to slaughter if money isn't raised within a day or two.  Then the rescue has to be quarantined for disease purposes and then transported to CFF. A typical kill pen rescue can cost upwards of $2000.00.  

Other rescues occur when an animal is no longer being cared for and needs to be rehomed.  When owners can no longer care for their animals they are often sent to auction and then purchased by the kill pen buyers.  At CFF we prefer to rehome the animal right from the owner, which causes much less stress on the animal.
